Find & Retrieve

+ Find information easily 
Full text and attribute search for complete or partial words, even within mail messages and PDFs. Most recent search is saved and results can be accessed to refine search conditions.

The Filter tool lets you view only the document that meet specific criteria such as file extension, date created and others. When combined with the find tool, you will find exactly what you need in no time!

Regardless of how many categories (Groups) a document belongs to in the workspace, Wintility always refers to a single, updated copy.
For example, you can freely file a sales contract under the client's name as well as under "general contracts", without duplication. The most current document is always available because any changes are reflected in all the classifications.  


+ Save time examining document content
The Tip View viewer window allows you to examine and manipulate document content without launching the associated application. Sharing and viewing all information is hassle free because you don’t need to have the originating program installed to view document content. You can highlight specific words in the viewer window as well as directly cut and paste information.

Tip View enables users to make sure a document contains the necessary information before taking the time to open it.

You can assign labels to help classify and identify information quickly. You can add labels to a document or e-mail manually or by creating a list to evaluate an item's content and offer label suggestions. You can also include synonyms and variations on a single term to ensure that nothing is missed. 

The labels can be visualized before an item's name or in a separate column and are subject to the search and filter tools
