Multiple ways to find information 

The taxonomy you create within Wintility creates a common, shared roadmap to documents and emails. Users can follow a straight path to 
find information they need immediately. 

Wintility stores references to the documents in your network, only one copy of the document is required in the system and the classification is automatically maintained as the documents are changed. As new documents are added, they are automatically classified into all the proper folders in the Wintility Catalog for easy navigation. 

This makes the workspace intuitive for all types of users. 

Wintility also offers full-text indexing, search and filter tools.
