Wintility Pro Master/Client
The heart of the system that enables users to create knowledge bases, manage documents, collaborate, save tacit information and perform workflow functions. The Mail Message area feature for managing company e-mail is included in the Wintility Pro base package. 

The additional modules, Wintility Guard and WebWintility, integrate into it.
Wintility Pro is divided into two components, the Master and the Client.

The Wintility Pro Master copy can be run from any workstation on the network. Through it, administrators can create or remove users, set up security for documents and objects, perform archiving functions, etc.

The Client module is installed in user stations and gives each access to the catalogs spread throughout the LAN/WAN.

WebWintility
Allows users to access knowledge bases remotely as well as offers a public portal to publish information. WebWintility must be installed in a machine that has direct access to the Internet. Users must have Wintility Pro to install the WebWintility module.

Wintility Guard
Securely stores and manages documents and information in a protected area. Only authorized users can access this information. Wintility Guard becomes the single point of access, preventing all access through the network. Users must have Wintility Pro to install the Wintility Guard module.
