Wintility Pro version 4.1   Subscriptions Users can subscribe to groups and be notified – via email or instant message - of document changes or additions.  Save Filters Users can save filters to minimize the time spent mounting complex searches.  Workflow Version 4.0 Workflow tool makes it easy for users involved in a document revision path to browse through all versions of the document in the viewer window. Increase in version control limit & adding external documents The number of copies that can be saved using the version control tool has been increased from 9 to 999. They can be accessed exclusively through Wintility. The ability to add revisions altered externally has also been included.  Wintility Guard The Wintility Guard module, which simplifies document protection by creating an exclusive access area for authorized users, has had the following updates: You can now set a default initial level for documents in a Guard Area.  You can perform multiple Check-in for all documents Checked out of a Guard Area.

Auto Doc 
The Auto Doc document standardization tool has been improved to meet the needs of our clients:

• You can choose any document on-the-fly as a template. The resulting document will use it's content as a template but follow your pre-established saving and naming rules.
  

• You can now choose a Mail Message Area as the desired save destination.
  

• You can create Auto Docs with default version control, password, expiration date and favorite placement. Any document created using this Auto Doc rule will automatically have the attributes you have chosen.
  

Drag & Drop
You can now drag and drop documents directly into the Wintility workspace from Windows Explorer.
