Signed, sealed and saved in the Mail Message Area

Wintility Pro 4.0 Beta version offers test users advanced solution for storing and sharing important  e-mail messages. 

New York, August 23, 2004 - Email has become an essential tool for internal and external business processes and communications. Right now, 60% of business-critical data is carried via email. 

Wintility Pro 4.0 Beta presents the newest addition, the Mail Message Area, to ensure that users can maintain and share 100% of the essential information from e-mail messages sent or received by all members of a workgroup or department. 

The Mail Message Area offers simple, secure sharing of corporate information without the problem of sharing an entire mailbox. Along with the added benefit of freeing up space on the mail server.

"Since email messages have become just as important as documents in the workplace, we decided to update the Wintility's email capabilities to better meet our clients needs," said Ilan Goldman, CEO of PX Solutions.

The Mail Message Area is integrated with Outlook and users can send messages simply by clicking on them. Once a message is sent to the Mail Message Area, it can be saved or deleted from the mail box. Attachments are sent along with the message to simplify retrieval.

The release date is set for September 30.
