Keyword dictionary The Keyword dictionary simplifies Catalog maintenance by providing an overall view of all the keywords in use in addition to additional timesaving functionalities:
Visualization - Clicking on a specific term brings up a list that shows all the rules that include this keyword or alternatively, you can click on a Group and list all the associated rules.
Edit multiple rules simultaneously - You can add, delete or alter rules for multiple Groups simultaneously.
Folder associations You can now associate a folder, Guard Area, or Mail Message Area to a Group even if it is not in the scope of your Catalog.
E-mail updates Increased capability in e-mail handling and searching.
You can now search exclusively within e-mails by selecting “Messages” in the “Look At” field of the find tool.
Performing a text content search within messages automatically searches any attachments.
The “To/From” field has been updated to “Complement”. You can now specify either the “To” or “From” field for categorization, filters and searches.
You can now search e-mail messages remotely using WebWintility
Description The document description field has been extended to include up to 10,240 characters automatically. Instant Messages The maximum number of characters for the Instant Message window is now 2048 characters. Version Control You can include an external document into the versioning of another by holding down the shift button and dragging and dropping it on target document.
