The messages are copied with their attachments and can be accessed through Wintility.

Yes. You can configure the Mail Message Area to automatically copy all the new messages that arrive as well as send the existing messages in one simple action.

Yes. You can send a single message by navigating directly to the mailbox using the Wintility Bar at the right of the main screen,
you can select the desired message and press the Send to Wintility button at the top of the screen, or you can
drag and drop it from Windows Explorer directly into Wintility.
No. Messages are considered unique within the Mail Message Area.
Are the messages in the Mail Message Area secure?
Yes. Access is exclusively through the Wintility Mail Message Area Server and subject to
restrictions assigned by Administrators. The Mail Message Area does not use Windows defined folder sharing.
